Located in the heart of the French Quarter, on the corner of Jackson Square, Tableau is Dickie Brennan’s latest production and features lauded Louisiana Creole dishes prepared by talented chef, Ben Thibodeaux and his equally talented culinary team. Look for traditional Creole dishes with an updated approach. A star of the menu is the ten or more traditional French sauces made daily by the expert house saucier. Enjoy courtyard dining, as well as balcony dining with some of the best views in the Quarter.


Tableau will offer a COOLinary $14.00 lunch menu Monday through Friday and a $30.00 dinner menu daily.



Tableau’s COOLinary lunch menu is NOT OFFERED on Saturday or Sunday.

Shrimp Rémoulade
Served over a chiffonade of iceberg lettuce with hard-boiled egg


Chicken Tableau
Herb roasted chicken breast and crispy boneless thigh served with Potatoes Tableau and topped with sauce Béarnaise and chicken demi glace


Praline Monkey Bread Pudding
Brown sugar and pecans baked into a biscuit bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream and butterscotch sauce
