First Course

Gazpacho Blanco
the original gazpacho from Cervantes’ time features almonds, garlic, bread, Sherry vinegar, and cucumber; finished with red grapes, and smoky almonds

Second Course

The “Sleight of Hand” Taco
fried oysters, frizzled leeks, avocado, and secret chile pepper salsa, with thinly sliced jicama handling the taco shell duties

Third Course

“Old-Fashioned” Whiskey Gulf Fish Meunière
catch of the day Gulf fish bronzed in a cast iron skillet, on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes, with grilled asparagus, and a Bourbon Meunière brown butter made like the Old-Fashioned cocktail
